This project is located in Spring, TX – Holzwarth Road.

The building consist of 4 stories self storage facility with office and wine storage at 1st floor.

The project provides two covered loading zones accessible for trucks of different heights, the loading zones also provide direct access to the elevator lobbies.

While the project is easily accessible from Holzwarth Road, the driveway is secured with entrance and exit gates.

The office is also designed by EAI, the sales desk is centered in the office space and security screens in the back wall. The office also provides slot walls, box cabinets and a coffee bar as well as conference room. The curtain wall window systems are used as display area.
